Focus Publications

With its mandate to disseminate best practice, the Global Corporate Governance Forum has commissioned studies on corporate governance issues relevant to developing countries. This mission is to provide them with self–help mechanisms to implement good corporate governance practices. The Forum publishes these studies in a series of practical guides called Focus, which offers guidance and case studies to foster corporate governance reform.
