The document reports the findings of an independent program evaluation of the Global Corporate Governance Forum during FY06 - FY09. The evaluation, which took place between September and November 2009, was conducted during the last year of the Forum’s second phase and in preparation for a future five-year Phase 3.

This evaluation shows the Forum is a truly high-performing, relevant, and impactful organization in spite of its modest size and resourcing. However, in the face of what appears to be a rapidly growing, worldwide demand for the Forum’s services, the Forum may not be sustainable at expected levels of effectiveness and efficiency and with the present combination of governance and management arrangements. The evaluation notes that some initial steps have already been taken to address these challenges.
